Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle routine administrative tasks, include filling in client on board documents and general filing
• Track client invoice payment status and produce reports periodically
• Translate non-legal documents or marketing materials between Chinese and English
• Assist the Swiss/China Desk Managers to plan business trips
• Perform other non-client facing administrative tasks required from time to time
  

Job Requirements: 

• Self-driven
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Ability to read and write simplified Chinese
• Embraces a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• 1 year office work experience.  Fresh graduates will be considered subject to the interview performance
• Less working experience will be considered as the post of Assistant Business Officer
