Job description and responsibilities:

• Establish investor relations management system in a best practice and launch comprehensive investor relations activities;
• Communicate with investors and sell-side analysts, participate in investor conferences and NDRs and maintain investor data base;
• Conduct analysis on competitive environment and capital markets, interpret sell-side reports and provide the company with relevant data and information in making major decisions;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with investors, sell-side analysts, brokers, financial institutions, media and public relations agencies. Conduct onshore and offshore investor relations management; 
• Coordinate major investor relations activities, and communicate the company's business, strategy and value to investors in a highly effective manner;
• Participate in news monitoring and public relations crisis management. Responsible for company’s regular information disclosure;
• Propose creative communications strategies and draft relevant materials according to the company’s needs in operational management and capital operation;and
• Complete other ad hoc duties assigned on time

Job requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in finance, accounting, economics or other related disciplines;
• Over 3 years of experience in financial markets, investor relations or other related areas;
• Attentive to details, able work independently;
• Good command of language, able to draft company documents in Chinese and English;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
