We are looking for an experienced credit professional with retail banking background for a senior role in a fintech (virtual bank).

Head of Credit Risk

• Responsible for the overall Credit Risk Management Strategy, Analytics, Credit Application System & Credit Decision System
• Drive credit initiatives for supporting business growth in a controllable manner
• Set up and present regular and ad-hoc MIS to update senior management about the unsecured lending products portfolio insight
• Evaluate and recommend refinements to the system and processes

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or related fields
• At least 15 of relevant experience in credit
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products
• Team management experience required
• Good communication skills
