Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sophisticated financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
• Handle industry research, due diligence and other associated tasks independently
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and portfolio management reports
• Support the management of the invested portfolio
• Support the development and execution of new business strategy in tech sectors
• Assist the identification of new business initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and assessment of new technologies
• Conduct market research in support of various strategic initiatives
• Analyze market competitiveness to test hypothesis, uncover business insights and develop recommendations
• Assist the senior management team to draft business plans
• Provide analytical support to the ongoing monitoring of new business

 Qualifications:

• University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, venture capital or private equity
• Well-developed capability to process high volumes of complex information and synthesize key business insights and issues
• Hands-on skills in analytics with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills and detail-minded
• Hands-on skills in financial modeling and budgeting
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in powerpoint and excel
• High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Occasional travel is required
