Responsibilities:

• Assist in deal structuring, preparing of offers and assist to liaison with internal and external counterparties in sealing of mandates for primary syndicated / structured finance transactions, local and cross-border transactions in Greater China
• Assist to pitch and originate Transaction as sole or joint mandated lead arrangers
• Recommend syndication / pricing strategies, underwriting / market risk for Deal Transaction
• Assist in preparing marketing material for internal credit approval and present the marketing materials to Credit Committee
• Assist in executing sole or joint mandates as mandated lead arrangers for primary syndicated deals and cover secondary market activities for portfolio management purpose
• Assist in distribution / execution of Deal Transaction
• Assist in build-up knowledge of investors (including domestic and foreign banks, insurance companies and hedge funds, etc.) and maintain and enhance bank relationship
• Execute documentation matters in relation to primary loan, secondary loan purchase and/or disposal activity with Greater China coverage
• Attend regular networking for market intelligence / prompting of business opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of banking experiences in Corporate Banking and Syndication experiences
• Experience in corporate banking sales and relationship management
• Strong credit and risk analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
