Job Responsibilities:

• Involves in a wide range of investment banking transactions including financial advisory, M&A and IPO etc.

• Assists due diligence work and preparation of research materials

• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Prepares financial and business-related analysis and research on corporate finance projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, business, finance, legal or related discipline are preferred but degree holder in other discipline will also be considered;
• 2+years of relevant experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin;
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities;
• Mature, responsible, independent and self-initiated; and
• Able to work under pressure, excellent communication and presentation skills.
