Reporting to the Head of IR, the major responsibilities of Investor Relations Manager will be managing corporate communication to investors, focusing on financial reporting, updating analysts and working with collaborative teams on corporate strategy/positioning, transactions and issues management and media relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and report to the Head of IR to structure and implement IR strategies, comply with regulatory laws and disclosure policies, and cope with the development and requirements of the Company;
• Maintain and improve on effective communication channels with internal departments, shareholder, investors, fund managers, analyst and Medias;
• Assist in organizing and attending local and overseas IR events, roadshows, and press conference of results etc., working along with PR firm on IR media aspects and logistics supports;
• Assist in analyzing of the Group’s financial and operation data;
• Participate in preparation of interim and annual reports and quarterly results announcements.
• Maintain investors’ database and timely updating of Company’s website and media platforms with IR-related communications.
• Promote and report on sustainability efforts to stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree or higher.
• Good financial analyst knowledge and business sense is highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of major capital markets.
• 5 years’ or above working experience, with at least 3 years’ relevant IR’s experience exposure to buy/sell-side research or fund management. 
• Experience in Technology or Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, proficiency in written and oral fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.  
• Business travelling will be required: Shenzhen HQ and overseas events.
• 5.5 days alternate working week.
• Candidates with MORE experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
