Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the product development projects to enhance the personal loans features and product competitiveness
• Develop and execute personal loans’ acquisition, portfolio and channel management programmes to grow the Bank’s market share and profitability
• Monitor the performance of sales channels / teams and evaluate relevant programmes results
• Perform market / portfolio analyses for formulating business strategies

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending an advantage
• Strong product development and project management skills
• Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Personal Lending Officer.
