Responsibilities:

• Oversee HK & Global securities and futures markets settlement, handle CCASS operations;

• Monitor settlement team’s daily operations, including trade confirmation preparation, SI/ATI/STI handling, corporate actions, nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO and placement etc;

• Prepare daily and monthly report;

• Liaise with external counterparties and internal departments on work processes and clearing operations;

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibility as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;

• 2-years settlement experience at securities / futures firms;

• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations, back-office system and perform UATs;

• Responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure;

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua).
