Private Banking / PWM Compliance - VP

Our client is an expanding Corporate Banking and Private Banking business.
about the job
- Work closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance in reviewing all policies and procedures to ensure they comply with the regulatory requirements with the HKMA
- Liaise with HKMA regulators and business units
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting or relevant discipline
- At least 7 to 10 years of relevant compliance experience in private banking or private wealth management
- Knowledge of Banking Ordinance, SFO and the HKMA/SFC rules
- Knowledge of private banking documentation and practices -ideal
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese - Mandarin and Cantonese languages
