Responsibilities

• Responsible for OTC trade reconciliation such as Asset Swap, ASCOT trade, Equity Swap, FX Option, IRS, etc.
• Position checking with PB
• Prepare the payment associated with OTC product and Margin call
• Coordinate with Treasury for funding arrangement
• Prepare the Confirmation
• Monitor trade in Marketwire and DMS system
• Work with IT and other department if any system upgrade or market change to preform UAT
• Participate in adhoc assignments and projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduate is also welcome
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and preferably Access
• Independent, enthusiastic, accountable and able to work under pressure
• High capability to adapt to changing work requirements
• Logical and systematic thinking
• Willing to work overtime
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Associate
