Our client is a well-established Chinese ibank providing full fledged financial services in HK. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for Equity Sales at VP level to join their Retail Brokerage team. 

Job Duties:

• Cross-sell all brokerage and wealth management products to Corporate, HNW, and Retail clients
• Identify and understand clients’ needs in order to explore new business opportunities and provide new insights and ideas to expand client base
• Provide consulting service to clients on all-rounded financial products based on market situation and investment sentiments
• Maintain close business relationships with clients and provide quality client services
• For senior candidate, be responsible for sales management and sales force recruitment / training duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in corporate relationship with knowledge of stocks, margin financing, structured products, bonds and other derivatives
• Proven track record of extensive and transferable client base with exposure to equity product
• Strong sense in team work, proactive and highly motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; attentive to details
• Able to solve problems independently and work under pressure
• PC skills in Microsoft Windows and Office
