-负责香港分公司的产品及业务发展职能

-推动和监督所有业务部门的所有产品的开发, 包括企业银行、结构性融资、银团金融、贸易融资、财政部和全球市场、机构、跨境商务中心和财富管理

-管理和监控产品项目组合、规划、预算和资源

-管理利益相关方/外部合作伙伴, 确保产品成功推出

-参与新产品委员会, 以确定产品功能/风险/价格/战略

-管理产品团队的质量-产品平台/产品政策/产品计划

2) 产品营销和销售支持 (Product Distribution & Sales Support) 

-制定营销计划、业务政策和客户

-为客户/内地分公司/当地销售人员进行产品培训和解决方案

-与服务提供商联络, 建立渠道, 管理伙伴关系的质量

-建立和管理电子沟通渠道内容/宣传传单

3) 市场情报和商业分析 (Market Research & Business Analysis) 

-对潜在市场的商机和策略进行研究分析

-分析客户、竞争对手、行业领域并推荐策略

-紧贴市场消息及金管局的最新跨境政策规例, 并透过新网站/简介会等向前线提供最新资料。

-领导工作改进团队, 促进业务改进/创新

4) 战略规划和管理 (Strategic Planning & Management) 

-探索新的市场商机, 开发业务案例/路线图

-分析业务业绩 & 为企业提供改进建议。

REQUIREMENTS: 

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years' product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline in specific Corporate Loans
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
