Job Duties:

• Prepare daily bank and trust reconciliation and conduct daily FRR computation for Type 1,2 & 9
• Perform daily client money segregation according to SFO requirements
• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and monthly FRR with accounting schedules and reconciliations on timely basis
• Facilitate new bank accounts opening and periodic review
• Liaise with external auditor and tax representatives for the preparation of statutory financial reports and tax filing

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines is preferred;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in brokerage firm or financial institution;
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and detail-oriented with high accuracy;
• Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
