Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager – General Compliance Advisory / Review ($20K-25K) 

Compliance Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance related guidance / advice to business units across the bank processes, covering Private Banking, Treasury and Wealth Management;
• Assist in the dissemination of quality compliance advice based on the prevailing company and group policies as well as the relevant legislation, rules and industry practice;
• Support management in managing compliance risk of the Branch;
• Provide reports to Management regarding compliance matters, high risk issues and improvement points;
• Ensure proper maintenance and implementation of firm policies and procedures;
• Conduct compliance investigation pertaining to incidents, complaints or administration issues;
• Participate in other ad hoc projects

Compliance Review

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement periodic compliance monitoring program as per request of the HKMA across the bank processes, covering Private Banking, Wealth Management,  Corporate Banking ;
• Assist in the dissemination of quality compliance advice based on the prevailing company and group policies as well as the relevant legislation, rules and industry practice;
• Conduct and report on compliance monitoring and review on a timely basis, including both regular review and thematic review;
• Provide reports to Management regarding compliance matters, high risk issues and improvement points;
• Ensure proper maintenance and implementation of firm policies and procedures;
• Conduct compliance investigation pertaining to incidents, complaints or administration issues;
• Participate in other ad hoc projects.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
• University degree or above;
• At least 2-3 years of compliance experience in banking industry;must general compliance HKMA/SFC regulatory 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Sound knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations pertinent to bank will be an advantage
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• NOT Consider AML compliance 

*More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
