Relationship Manager/Equity Sales , Retail Brokerage/ Securities Brokerage (Cash Equities) 

The reporting line is report to MD sales - Securities Brokerage ( Cash Equities ) 
Job Description

• Develop sales strategies and drive sales achievement for retail brokerage business and margin financing
• Formulate sales strategies for maximizing profitability of retail brokerage business and margin financing
• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget plan, and be responsible for achieving planned sales targets
• Conduct market research/analysis and collect up-to-date market intelligence that will benefit the growth of brokerage business
  
  Requirements
• Degree holder in finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-15 years’ relevant Sales experience in retail brokerage industry with proven sales track record; 
• Must working experince in Securities brokerage firm in Equity sales products / Cash Equity for HK Markets 
• Possess all necessary SFC licenses for carrying our brokerage and other regulated activities
• Highly familiar with external rules and regulations governing brokerage business
• Strong leadership, management and coordination skills
• Strong command of written and spoken Chinese language skills including Mandarin
