Responsibilities:

- the strategic planning and execution of all the corporate financing/IR activities for the group.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance/Accounting with the professional qualification or above

- Over 12 years execution/sales/corporate finance experience in investment banking or listed cos

- Professional and technically strong to have led and completed successful financing exercises in various platforms such as capital market/commercial bank especially in the real estate sector

- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
