Responsibilities  

• Supervise daily operations of the Branch
• Register as the licensed representative with Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong and Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM)
• Handle regulatory and statutory requirements for the Branch
• Keep abreast of changing regulations, update AML related policies and procedures and ensure the Branch’s operations are in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements
• Assist Branch Manager in business development

Requirements 

• Degree holder or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration
• 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services industry
• Holder of relevant SFC licenses of Hong Kong
• Sound knowledge of Securities & Futures Ordinance (SFO) of Hong Kong and relevant regulations of Macau
• Solid knowledge of wealth management products and investment products
• Good analytical ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Macau resident is a MUST
