Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of payment services including London RMB clearing centre payment support, high-value and low-value payments. Night shift in rotation basis is required
• Assist the Head of Payment Services & Cash Management to oversee Head Office reporting, HKMA reporting, business continuity planning as well as policy & procedure matters
• Provide professional advice to other divisions regarding payment services, e.g. set up and routing of payment gateway and message flows
• Participate in process re-engineering projects with the aim to increase the straight through processing rate
• Perform ad hoc assignments as instructed by Head of Payment Services & Cash Management
• Perform the SWIFT message received, monitoring and routing. Morning shift may be assigned

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 8 years’ experience in payment services operations
  

• With experience in handling complaints and interaction with customers
• Strong internal control and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work overtime & at irregular working hours and on public holidays
• Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
• Strong PC skill and proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
