Responsibilities:

• Assist in allocating and monitoring inventory, testers and samples delivery and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained in stores in a timely manner
• Manage daily merchandise related task and provide merchandise support for promotion events
• Liaise with vendors for tester renewal
• Coordinate with stores on stock movement and price adjustment
• Consolidate all related figures/data in reporting format for a regular update and analytical purpose

Requirements:

• Passionate in luxury beauty industry and sensitive to market trend
• Good organizational skills and sensitive with numbers
• Detail-minded, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)Well versed in MS Office
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin)Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin)Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
