Job Description
Responsibilities
-Supervise daily technical operation and maintenance of building properties
-Liaise with contractors and suppliers for project completion
-Responsible for facility maintenance, works coordination and follow-up work task
-hands on experience in procurement, tender documents preparation, data and record keeping
Requirements
-Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related discipline.
-At least 3 years experience in facilities/building project management.
-Candidate with higher qualifications will be posted to Senior Technical Officer
