Responsibilities

• Overall planning and project management of the assigned projects
• Monitoring works progress to ensure timely completion of works in compliance with the specified standard and statutory requirements within the budgeted cost
• Evaluating the project feasibility and preparing design brief and master programme
• Coordinating with all in-house departments, including Marketing, Quantity Surveying and Site Monitoring Team for all required project works
• Coordinating with local consultants, contractors and Government authorities

Requirement

• Degree holder or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in projects management of which minimum 5 years experience in Hong Kong residential projects
• Exposure in developers or major consultants in E&M aspects is an advantage
• Conversant with planning, design, construction, project management and building regulations in PRC
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
