Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager(s) in project management and execution
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable budget/time frame and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Track project performance and site coordination works

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• Member of HKIA or RIBA is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably with property developer
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/3D Studio Max/Photoshop/Sketchup will be an advantage
• Must be a team player with strong ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and solid organizational skills with ability in multitasking
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Willing to travel as and when required
