Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
• Review design and change of design during installation whenever necessary
• Control work quality and safety in accordance with the clients' requirements
• Monitor progress of project and report to the Project Manager about any critical changes and potential impacts on cost and / or compliance

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services or related disciplines 
• 3-5 years or above related solid working experience in HVAC, Fire Services, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, project development, installation & maintenance 
• Manage the projects and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors 
• Hardworking, strong problem solving and customer oriented service attitudes
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good communication skill with proactive and positive attitude 
• Good knowledge of PC skills and AutoCAD
• Experience in MTR will be an advantage
