Job Description:

• Solid experience in contract, maintenance and engineering design of HVAC System with good analysis skill in documentation and tendering work;
• Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and coordination of various activities to ensure all procedures are complied with statutory requirements;
• Prepare confirmation of instruction and variation quotation;
• Submit test and commission proposal, O & M Manual and system training.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Senior Engineer position
• Holder of Certificate of Registration Electrical Worker will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager position
