Responsibilities:

• Project management / planning all related documents
• Cost planning, budgeting and submit tenders
• Ensure work of subcontractor is of an acceptable standard and are proceeding according to schedule
• Equipment and drawing submission
• Site coordination
  
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Building / Electronic / Electrical studies or tertiary education in related discipline
• 3 years' relevant work experience in building management system/ security & monitoring system/ electrical & mechanical installation
• Good client liaison and project co-ordination skills
• Experience in product costing and production follow up
• Be self-motivated and responsible
• Able to work under pressure, with good time management and attention to details
• 5 Days work
