Responsibilities

• Site coordinations submissions and inspections of all building services related trades
• Experience for A&A works / civils works / drainage works - installation of underground drainage, irrigation pipes, WDS pipeworks, power cables
• Working experience in Main Contractor and experience of Theme Park is preferable
• High standards of safety compliance
• Must be able to work as part of a team or independently if required
• Stable working record

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Services or equivalent
• 3 years practical experience in site coordination work of Building Services and Builder's works
• Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
• Ability to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in CAD format
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
