Job Description

This role is open for Hong Kong office Programme and Project Management Team.

For successful candidate, you will get involved in different mega size and complex projects in East Asia region, including numbers of hospital projects at over $30 Billion in Hong Kong, and other prestigious multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Take lead and report to Project Director for project planning, managing and control the execution of multi-disciplinary projects from inception to handover with high quality, within schedule and budget
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders and end-users. Manage design consultants and contractors for project success
  • Competency in aspects of management services including Project Execution, Programme & Scheduling, Design Management, Contract and Cost Management, Procurement Strategy, Quality Management and Construction Advisory
  • Act as Client’s Representative as necessary
  • Willing to work outside Hong Kong as and when required

Qualifications and Experiences required:

  • Degree in Architectural / Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying with at least 2 years of post chartered experience
  • Conversant with local government regulations for building projects
  • Familiar with project management software tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM) would be an advantage
  • Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage
