Scope of Work

• Responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy for a mixed property development project.
• Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue in the project development.  
• Assess the  risks to the business and maintain an  awareness of external factors which impact the business.
• Lead the QS team to develop the cost plans, handle contract administration and negotiate with the  vendor and service providers.Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all commercial activities

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in quantity surveying or related disciplines.
• Member of HKIS / RICS or equivalent professional qualification.  

Experience

• At least 15 years relevant working experience in for developers and consultancy to oversee large-scale development projects in residential, hotel, commercial building and shopping malls.
• With overseas property development experience in SEA is preferable.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
