Job Description
Duties:
- Design and project manage the installation of filtration systems and thermal suites in wet leisure facilities / hotels / spas
- Liaise with client representative to agree design / program
- Supervise preparation of technical specification
- Preparation of Quality , Health & Safety Plans
- Procurement of materials
- Handle full set of drawings, project overview and material sourcing
- Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, submission drawings and working drawings-
- Management of on-site installation and commissioning labour
- Liaise with property management company, clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, architects and designers on all Medical & Electrical Engineering matters for building construction projects
- Min. 5 years of solid work experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a MUST
- Ability to generate technical drawings
- Ability to create layouts and provide layouts and drawings on AutoCAD
- Experience of mechanical installation preferred (e.g. M&E or HVAC or swimming pool systems) Holder of Diploma in Engineering
- Travel to PRC + other Asia Pacific destinations needed on occasion
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident
