Job Responsibilities: 

• Comply with the Site Specific Safety Plan;
• Be responsible for ensuring the safety of all activities at worksite and ensure that accidents and incidents are reported in accordance with the Company Policy;
• Assist to ensure all site operation progress, material quality and delivery progress on site according to schedule, specification, quality and safety plan;
• Support the assigned Project Manager with the effective implementation of the Site Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Inspection and Test Plans;
• Monitor, report and keep full records on site activities, labour attendance, daily site report, and document submission;
• Assist to supervise and coordinate site operations in compliance with the company policies and procedures;
• Establish and maintain a positive community relationship with main contractors, subcontractors and consultants;
• Communicate with all departments to assist to ensure coordination of design, production, delivery and installation to achieve the schedule, quality and budget control;
• Record as built conditions on drawings and issue back to Project Department and design team;
• Perform damage and non-compliance reporting and materials re-ordering;
• Record progress of works against programs;
• Assist to monitor and check all sub-contractors’ installation quality and correctness to drawings; and
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

  Job Requirements: 

• School certificate or above.
• Holder of TCP T1 Certificate.
  
• 5 years of working experience with 2 years at supervisor level in related field.
• Able to learn and practice for supervising quality, progress and safety of façade installation.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel. AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; good Putonghua is an advantage.
• Good team player, quality-and-detail oriented, good communication skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience or qualifications will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor.
