Job Description
The Job
- Client: A Main Contractor
- Position: Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
- Position: Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, contract administration, final accounts
- $25-60K up. Medical, Bonus
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering
- Min. 3 years QS experience for E&M works
- Professional qualification preferred for Contracts Manager position; MHKIS or equivalent
- Relevant experience for water treatment plant / hospitality projects will be an advantage but not a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
