Our client, an fashion group, they are looking for in-house Production & Design Manager for their fast growing business in Asia Pacific; the requirements is as follows:-

• Degree or relevant work experiences; minimum of 7+years or above on Garments/Fabric/Fashion/Read to Wear or relevant;
• Report to Managing Director and work closely with Creative Team, Design Team, Visual Merchandiser Team, Sales Team and Wholesales Team on daily operations; 
• Supervise a team to perform daily operations; understand the flows of Production works/Product line;
• Monitor the production line, product design, cost control, quality control, VM display, deliver the design concept to Clients, showroom display;
• Good product knowledge of garment or fabric or fashion or related products;
• Deliver KPI, production planning and deliver projects;
• English and Chinese Languages;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Candidate with experience from fashion brands, retail, ready-to-wear, fabric, garment or relevant as an asset;
• Good in execute production project and management;
• Proactive, Flexible, Independent and Leadership.
