Visual Merchandising Manager

 A reputed sportswear brand is looking for high caliber candidate to fill this position.

Job Function/Purpose

This position will provide VM guidance for franchisee’ store across ESEA markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and southeast markets  –including franchises store operation /VM/in-store display, training and VM manual preparation, etc. He/she will assist GM together with distributor/ franchisee to gradually establish standard and protocol for VM control.

• Manage stores image, VM and operational related executions
• Supervise distributors/franchisees VM teams
• Work/manage top management of the Distributor and their retail operations
• Written of SOP for VM
• Execute VM concepts and window programs, which strengthen brand presence and enhance commercial success.
• -Source and organize visual merchandising props, and coordinate with vendors on production of props and fixtures, and able to manage cost within budget,
• -Plan and conduct regular shop visits to ensure corporate VM standards are maintained;
• -Work in partnership with:

Internal

• Company’s Asia and US retail team
• Company’s Global Supply Chain network  
• Company’s backend functional teams Accounting, Finance, IT, HR/Admin

External

• Distributors and franchisees retail operation team

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree of Marketing or with related experience
• Multi-tasking, Decision making, Interpersonal & Communication, demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill
• Computer literate in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Fluent Chinese/Mandarin and English
• 6+ years relevant experience, preferably with regional experience and know China market well 
• Work experience as brand principle role on product & window display.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a highly-matrix business environment with people from diversified background and at all levels
• Planning and Organization, and can work independently
• Business analytical skill
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and honor commitments to both internal and external customers.
• Assures accuracy and completeness of tasks
• Willing to travel, expect some travels within Greater China and South East Asia markets
