Our client, an international agency, is looking for a Creative Director (Digital) to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Designing digital experiences for clients.

· Leading the team to develop creative concepts and produce campaigns as required by the clients.

· Facing clients, managing budget and resources for projects and campaigns.

· Coaching, mentoring and guiding a team of creative individuals.

· Keeping track of digital trends and sharing with the teams and clients.

· Identifying and working on new business developments, as required.

To be considered, you must have:

· Degree holder with 10+ years' experience in digital agency.

· Excellent experience in client-facing, creative campaigns development, leading and developing a team.

· Track record of new business wins.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English, preferably in Cantonese and Mandarin.

· Creative, energetic, self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
