Job Description

Responsibilities  

  1. Serve as a media strategist across all applicable company accounts and projects
  2. Develop strategic, innovative and integrated communication recommendation with full understanding on consumer consumption behaviour across different touch points to fulfil clients’ business objectives
  3. Manage and develop the media team in delivering high quality of services from providing recommendation to post campaign analysis
  4. Support departmental business development with occasional new business pitches and client presentations
  5. Perform ad-hoc consumer, market, and/or industry research to inform strategic rationale and build an information repository for Carat
  6. Provide forward-thinking recommendations for the vision, practice, and growth of the Media department
  7. Manage individual projects on an as-need basis with professionalism, organization, and high quality of service
  8. Ability to be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and organized across multiple projects with various internal teams, clients and deadlines
  9. Ability to apply tactical knowledge into strategic recommendations for a variety of industries and business situations
  10. Desire to push innovation with a sound business mind and passion for ongoing education of strategic practice in the convergent media industry

 

Requirements 

  1. At least 3 years of experience in media planning in an agency environment
  2. Experience in working on integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how digital can build off of other media channels a plus
  3. Experience in full-cycle planning from consumer insights, to marketing strategy, to data analytics a plus
  4. Good relationship built with media vendors
  5. Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools
  6. Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills
  7. Positive “can-do” attitude
  8. Cantonese and a command of English
