Responsibilities:

• Potential site searching and identifying for the expansion of chain store network
• Work closely with the whole Saizeriya team to ensure the smooth opening of new restaurants
• Assists to prepare commentary package, review contractor shop drawings, material samples and store opening reports
• Structure and negotiate leasing terms and conditions with the team and landlord
• Rental renewals of existing restaurants
• Monitor store development from planning to delivery

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 2-year working experience  (Preferable in project coordinating or commercial leasing management)
• Good English and Chinese verbal and writing skills
• Approachable social attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Store Planning Assistant
