Our client is a fast growing travel tech company, looking to expand its global team in planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director to drive service level performance for travel product categories across regions

• Design and implement projects to improve service standards

• Track customer-centric metrics and implement mechanisms to monitor and improve the user experience when using our products

• Work with the product team to improve usability of booking processes on mobile app, website, and other distribution channels

• Work closely with BD teams to design service enhancement plans for our top merchants

Requirements

• 4 - 8 years in operations in industries like travel, e-commerce, logistics, or tech startups

• Track record of successfully driving cross-departmental projects is preferred

• Business proficiency in English and Japanese is a must (both spoken and written)

• Start up attitude, collaborative, comfortable to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
