Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement company e-commerce strategy to drive the business growth
• Oversee and manage the e-commerce activities of the company including maintenance of website, social medical accounts and online advertising
• Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers
• Develop and lead CRM initiatives including regular reports preparation, market intelligence consolidation, data research and analysis, etc. to track and analyze sales performance
• Keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing work, in order to maximize effectiveness of e-commerce activities for best reaching clients and the effect of the company's target ad buys
• Plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company's online presence and e-sales

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in eCommerce, Internet Marketing Design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce/online marketing job field
• Strong sales and marketing sense with passion in e-Commerce and digital marketing
• Good presentation, analytical, communication and writing skill (both English and Chinese)
• Familiar with different online marketplace platforms, e-commerce/digital environment and trends
• High sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative
• Immediately available is highly preferred
