Our client is a listed company with wide range of services covering both Hong Kong and International markets. Currently, they are looking for an enthusiastic Market Data Analyst to be part of their Marketing team.
about the job
- Leverage on customer insights from data analyses and post evaluations and make recommendations
- Interpret data to gain deeper understanding of customers to develop customer-led insights
- Identification of key trends and criteria that influence customer behaviour like consumption and loyalty
- Analyse performance of campaigns with concrete learnings & recommendations moving forwards
- Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
- Timely & accurate KPI reporting regularly
skills & experiences required
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics or relevant discipline
- 1 - 2 years Data Analysis experience within / related to Marketing function
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Relational database / Statistical software knowledge: SQL / SAS / FoxPro / SPSS, etc
- Knowledge on visualization tools will be a plus (Tableau / Qlik View, etc)
- Able to work with a team
