Business Analyst - PERM Role - up to 38K per month

A leading digital insurance company is looking for a strong Business Analyst to join their growing team. 

-Strong insurance sector business knowledge

-Business Analyst skillset

-Experience with IT and Digital systems

 Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team to understand capabilities and needs for new digital insurance products and translate business processes into technical solutions
• Gather product requirements for each insurance product and translate into product reports and change specifications 
• Assist in project planning, monitoring the schedules and milestones, and ensuring the deliverables are met with the user requirement
• Support and perform User Acceptance Testing for new product developments 
• Identify digital insurance trends to define potential opportunities including data analysis and business modeling
• Research, evaluate and communicate digital insurance trends in Hong Kong and China

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years previous related experience 
• Experience with Data Reporting and Analysis
• Detail oriented
• Eager to work and collaborate with team members
• Good communication, planning and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
