Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and optimize in-charged region/ countries’ marketplace stores to sell Health & Beauty products to achieve company targets (Sales Revenue, GP and NGP etc);
• Plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns/ promotions;
• Manage product listings, pricing, conduct market research and data analysis;
• Work closely with different function units (IT, Product/ Purchasing, Customer Service, Operation, Warehouse & Logistics etc) for smooth operation & continuous business improvements;
• Provide online customer service/ work with CS on responsible marketplace stores;
• Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Language, Communication or related field;
• 5 years+/ 2 years+ relevant working experience in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty. Experience in Global/ APAC/ China online web stores and marketplaces like eBay, Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Gmarket etc (with proven record) would be a big advantage;
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce environment and e-marketing trends, good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Proficiency in more foreign languages (e.g. Korean/ Japanese/ German etc) would be an advantage;
• Passionate and familiar with Beauty products. Experience in Skincare, cosmetics or feminine industry would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, driven, fast learner, able to handle multi-tasks/ projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies and a good team player;
• Proficiency in Chinese & English Word Processing, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
