Job Descriptions:

• Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and effectively manage the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization
• Work closely with the Senior Management to define and implement brand building/marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives to build an excellent brand image through strategic and distinctive communication programs
• Develop innovative strategies to attract potential customers to generate business
• Analyze current market conditions, business trends and consumer insights to deliver sales and market share targets
• Determine, manage the marketing budget and develop a pricing strategy
• Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers to develop marketing activities with emphasis on digital marketing, including joint promotion, events, media relationship, and brand building
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects as well as monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
• Assist in brand launch including but not limited to opportunity identification, concept and packaging development
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing activities and conduct post-launch reviews
• Responsible for the website development with in-house & 3rd party agencies
• Ensure the accuracy and schedule of all product launches, marketing campaigns, and other customer interaction
• Analyze traffic and efficiency in e-commerce daily and optimize the website, processes, 
• Develop data-driven digital sales and marketing strategies (social media, SEO etc.) and be responsible for implementing them
• Deliver a suite of reports to the top management on measuring site performance including sales, conversion rate, and traffic
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years or above of related working experience in F&B industry 
• Strong project management experience with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communicator, fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, proactive, attentive, well-organized, responsible, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Passionate on internet environment and ready for implementation of ideas from scratch
• Knowledge of e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing, Shopify would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator preferred 
• Willing to work with a fast and dynamic team
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, independent as well as a good team player
• Immediately available is highly preferred
