Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical testing and material characterisation of the coatings/materials and their functional properties using advanced instrument such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, SEM, XRF, CVS, etc.
• Carry out routine analysis for products’ quality checking
• Assist R&D works through testing support on surface coatings and new coating materials for various consumer products
• Follow up enquiry, provide feedback and initiate recommendation on laboratory procedures and testing issues
• Keep good laboratory records and maintain best practice in laboratory operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, or related science and engineering disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience in testing laboratory; knowledgeable in materials characterization techniques and HOKLAS accreditation system are added advantages
• Initiative, independent, analytical, patient, team work and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis
• Fresh graduates with relevant background will also be considered
