Responsibilities:
Provide technical support/solutions for end user computing technology and equipment.
Front-line problem support, prioritization and fixing, collaborating with technology teams and local vendors.
Align and manage vendors for I.T. equipment/services and application systems.
Requirements:
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common hardware
Knowledge in Integrated Communication solutions is an advantage
Excellent presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese
Aggressive & result-oriented
