Job Summary 
This role will report to QC and Technical Manager. 

Manage daily activity and support the team to test all inbound and outbound mobile phones ensuring all are workable. 

Responsible for all testing engineering tasks associated with the trading market (e.g track the stock from UK by IMEI tracking system, logistics, stock security). Produce and maintain relevant reporting and summaries to support the operations. 

Job Accountabilities

• Handset QC – Every handset, as necessary. 
• Prepare and evaluate test report 
• Provide professional advice to internal & external parties on test report
• Auction Management - support the team to effectively prepare and execute auctions, including testing.  Stock Management – proactively ensure the stock is workable

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent disciplines 
• 3 years relevant experience preferable, experience in mobile phone is an essential 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). Chinese (Cantonese) desirable. 
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Chinese (Cantonese) desirable. 
• Solution oriented and presentation 
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills 
• Can work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
