Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborative management of different maintenance field resources to accomplish company objectives in relation to safety, quality,efficiency, and sales order fulfillment
- Effective management of customer relationship to drive business opportunities
- Assurance of code compliance, including but not limited to documentation, field examinations, incident investigations, and equipment upgrade opportunities
- Promotion of staff development, team building and change management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any engineering disciplines
- 8 years’ relevant working experience in the field of engineering or building services, preferably in lift industry
- Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer
- Proven ability to effectively manage a sizable operational crew and implement change management
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficiency in PC skills (e.g. Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
- Candidates with less qualification and/or experience to be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Engineer
