1.1  岗位说明

遵从华为云端到端交付流程，作为现场交付TD(Technical Director)，沟通协调，管理现场项目交付。

1.2  能力要求

华为云交付组组织结构和职责中，TD做为项目组核心角色之一，在项目中起到至关重要的作用，现对TD岗位能力要求描述如下：

1）具有较强协调沟通能力

2）具有网络，系统能力，可完成网络、系统设备初始化配置等工作，熟悉了解工程LLD

3）态度积极乐观，有一定抗压能力

4）工作语言：普通话

1.3  工作内容

1）审视项目工程LLD，对整体工程方案的可实施性负责，对成本提供建议；

2）按项目目标制定硬装交付计划，跟踪到货，协调落实ASP供应商、机房机柜等多方资源；

3）现场硬装供应商人员管理、对硬装质量负责；

4）负责现场配合定位及处理项目过程中产生的问题；
