Responsibilities:

• Responsible for electrical services design, tender preparation and project administration. Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, infrastructure and/or mission critical projects.
• Responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing all technical aspects of projects
• Ensure the adequate contribution of technical knowledge and project experience to the competencies and services
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of positive client relationships.
• Responsible for providing input to client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Business Development. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs and signoff as required.

• Responsible for the leadership, management, development and motivation of direct reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related discipline;

• Member of HKIE, IET or other equivalent professional bodies,

• At least 12 years or above professional experience, of which 5 years in design and project management role; Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Principal or Senior Engineer;
• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability
• High level engineering consulting and client management skills would be an advantage
• Assist the team for project management, site supervision and other ad-hoc issues assigned by senior members;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills and able to work with a range of project stakeholders, contractors and clients.
