Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to assist his/her manager to manage the process of customer returns and exchanges globally while providing some post-sales technical service to customers for related activities. This position also provides continuous support to Customer Service (CS) and Return Materials Authorization (RMA) teams driving efficiency and effectiveness of RMA activities.

 

Jobs responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative support customers for warranty returns. This encompasses global support for LED/Power products;
  • Follow up with Sales/FAEs for related outstanding RMA cases and connect them with appropriate personnel for problem resolution;
  • Evaluate options/factors, solicit input from global cross-functional groups as needed, and propose/make decision to balance customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure resources are in place to provide failure analysis as dictated by customer failures. This also includes determining which requests warrant FA, and where the appropriate return location for sample to facilitate the FA processes;
  • Continue to support for Quality team to drive 8D investigation for LED Components/Power business units under their QMS and tools;
  • Work with team to maintain the required RMA activity controls per written procedures.

Requirements:

  • BS in Materials, Electrical, Physic or related technical field;
  • Knowledge in LED or Power Electronics and/or their applications;
  • Experience in Customer Quality field is preferred;
  • 3+ years of related experience;
  • Independent thing, attention to detail, strong organization abilities;
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent and eager to learn;
  • Good English skills, especially for writing and speaking;
  • Frequent travel to Huizhou;
  • Willing to travel Overseas whenever necessary.
